Get an accurate estimate of monthly credits needed for your e-invoicing operations
Credits are our universal currency for all platform operations. 10 credits = $1 USD. Credits are deducted only when documents are successfully processed (success-only billing). Each country has different credit costs per document type. Credits expire after 12 months and can be used across all countries in your plan.
You can purchase add-on credit blocks in increments of 1,000 credits ($100 each). These credits follow the same 12-month expiration policy. We recommend monitoring your usage through our dashboard to avoid surprises. Enterprise customers can set custom credit limits.
Yes! You can upgrade at any time and changes take effect immediately. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle. Unused credits remain in your account (subject to the 12-month expiration). Contact our support team for assistance with plan changes.
Archival storage is billed annually based on average usage. We track actual bytes for JSON/PDF/XML files, apply a 2x multiplier for capacity planning, and calculate the annual average. Starter includes 1 GB/year, Pro includes 5 GB/year. Overages are billed at 5 credits per 100 MB per year at renewal.
The Free plan includes a 14-day Pro trial with 1,000 one-time credits, access to 1 country, 10 users, and full Pro features including advanced analytics and human support. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan or continue with limited free features.
Starter plans start with 1 country but can expand to a maximum of 3 countries total. Add-ons cost $65/month (+1 country) or $130/month (+2 countries). Annual subscriptions get a 20% discount. Credits remain in a global pool usable across all your active countries.
Starter includes free chatbot support for FAQs and troubleshooting. Pro includes credit-based human support tickets (150 credits for standard, 250 for priority) with bundle discounts available. Enterprise includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager with phone and email support.
No setup fees, no hidden costs. You only pay for your monthly/annual subscription and the credits you use. Platform defects are never charged. All pricing is transparent and predictable. The only additional costs are optional add-ons (extra countries, extra users, extra credits).
Credits are only deducted when documents are successfully processed and validated by the government system. If there's a platform error or failure, no credits are charged. If credits were pre-deducted, they're automatically refunded. This ensures you only pay for value delivered.
