France Expands Chorus Pro to Include G2B E-Invoicing from 2026
France to expand Chorus Pro for G2B e-invoicing and payment reporting from September 1, 2026, integrating lifecycle updates with the Public Invoicing Portal (PPF).

Chorus Pro, France’s official B2G e-invoicing platform since 2017, will soon play a broader role in the country’s digital invoicing framework.
Starting September 1, 2026, Chorus Pro will also support G2B e-invoicing transactions, while handling mandatory e-reporting of transaction and payment data to the Public Invoicing Portal (PPF). Additionally, invoice lifecycle statuses will be synchronised between Chorus Pro and PPF, ensuring complete visibility across all transaction types.
All public administrations, state bodies, public establishments, and local authorities, regardless of size or legal structure, must comply with these new technical specifications from September 2026 onward.
Meanwhile, for B2B e-invoicing, the French tax authorities have published version 3.1 of the e-invoicing specifications, defining technical and format requirements for the upcoming mandate.
All updated specifications for B2G, G2B, and B2B transactions are available through the official government documentation portal.
