France’s DGFiP and AIFE have launched an electronic invoicing directory to help businesses prepare for the 2026 B2B e-invoicing mandate and identify approved platforms.

The French tax authority (DGFiP), in partnership with the Agency for State Financial Information Technology (AIFE), has launched a new electronic invoicing directory to help businesses prepare for the upcoming B2B e-invoicing reform.

Introduced on September 18, 2025, the directory publicly lists all companies and public sector entities subject to electronic invoicing. It displays each entity’s approved platform provider (Plateforme Agréée, formerly PDPs) and electronic billing address.

This directory will help businesses:

  1. Verify if an entity is covered by the e-invoicing mandate
  2. Identify which platform a company uses
  3. Access billing addresses for invoice transmission

Nearly 80 approved platforms are already connected to the directory, updating customer data in real time. Over 120,000 companies have registered their electronic billing addresses, a strong signal of early readiness.

AIFE also announced the upcoming “Declaration” service, which will handle e-invoicing and e-reporting submissions. A pilot phase begins in February 2026, allowing businesses to test the system safely before penalties apply.
