The UAE Ministry of Finance (MoF) has launched a public consultation as part of its national e-invoicing programme, inviting feedback from businesses, service providers, and other stakeholders on the proposed data dictionary requirements.
The consultation paper is open for responses until February 27, 2025, and the feedback collected will play an important role in shaping the final design and implementation of the UAE’s e-invoicing framework. The objective is to ensure transparency, technical clarity, and alignment with industry needs ahead of the mandate.
The documentation also confirms the technical direction of the programme:
- Adoption of the Peppol network
- Use of the Peppol International Invoice (PINT AE) format
- Implementation under a 5-corner (DCTCE) model
Stakeholders are encouraged to review the consultation materials and submit feedback to help refine the data and reporting requirements before the framework is finalized.
