Poland launches open testing for the KSeF 2.0 API, enabling software providers to begin integration testing ahead of mandatory e-invoicing and the October 2025 demo phase.

The Polish Ministry of Finance has launched the KSeF 2.0 API test environment, allowing businesses and software providers to begin open integration testing ahead of the mandatory National e-Invoice System rollout.

On September 30, 2025, the Ministry made the KSeF 2.0 test (integration) environment available. This phase enables financial and accounting software providers to validate how their systems interact with KSeF and identify any technical or process gaps before production use.

To support this testing phase, the Ministry offers technical assistance through an online application form, with direct support from the KSeF 2.0 API team for entities connecting to the test environment.

As previously announced, the KSeF 2.0 API documentation was published on June 30, 2025, allowing integrators to prepare in advance for testing and implementation.

The next milestone in the rollout will be the launch of the KSeF 2.0 pre-production (DEMO) environment on October 15, 2025.
