Poland releases the KSeF 2.0 Manual and updated guidance, including FA(3) schema, webinars, and test API access, to support preparation for mandatory e-invoicing.
On September 19, 2025, the Polish Ministry of Finance updated the official KSeF website and published new guidance materials, including a four-part KSeF 2.0 Manual, to support taxpayers ahead of mandatory e-invoicing.
What’s Included in the Update
- Official Q&A section covering issuing and receiving e-invoices, offline modes, QR codes, and technical topics
- User-specific guidance tailored for small taxpayers, B2C consumers, accountants, and service providers
- KSeF 2.0 Manual, split into four parts, explaining:
- Mandatory e-invoicing implementation
- Issuing and receiving e-invoices
- Advanced features such as attachments, self-billing, and offline modes
- Publication of the final FA(3) schema, along with a dedicated information brochure
- Launch of a webinar series, “Wednesdays with KSeF, running from September 24, 2025, to mid-December 2025, designed to help businesses prepare for the mandate
The Ministry also confirmed that API access to the KSeF 2.0 Test environment will be available from September 30, 2025, enabling technical teams to begin integration and testing.
