Voluntary Phase (July 2026): Any business can join early to begin testing and integration.
Phase 1 – Mandatory (Jan 2027): Businesses with annual revenue ≥ AED 50 million must comply (B2B + B2G).
Phase 2 – Mandatory (July 2027): Applies to all businesses with revenue < AED 50 million.
Phase 3 – Mandatory (Oct 2027): Government entities must issue e-invoices.
