Oman E-Invoicing Rollout Phases
Pilot and phased waves by taxpayer size, through to government entities
Oman's e-invoicing obligation applies in waves determined by annual supplies. A pilot group of roughly 100 large taxpayers was notified for August 2026, and Decision No. 189/2026 fixed commencement on 1 April 2027 for the first category and 1 October 2027 for remaining VAT-registered taxpayers, with government entities to follow.
