PPF (Portail Public de Facturation)(PPF)
The Portail Public de Facturation, France's state-operated e-invoicing platform, which hosts the central directory (annuaire) and collects e-invoicing and e-reporting data for the DGFiP but no longer exchanges invoices.
The state-operated platform at the centre of the French model. Since the October 2024 redesign it no longer offers free invoice exchange; its role is confined to two functions: the annuaire central, the national directory mapping each SIREN to its Plateforme Agréée and electronic invoicing address, and the concentrateur, which collects e-invoicing and e-reporting data forwarded by platforms for the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (DGFiP). Businesses do not hold an account on it.
