B2C invoices reported to ZATCA within 24 hours of issuance — no pre-clearance required
The ZATCA reporting model applies to B2C simplified tax invoices: they are issued in real time at the point of sale (no pre-clearance needed) but must be reported to ZATCA's Fatoora platform within 24 hours of issuance.
