ZATCA Rejection Handling
The process of detecting, diagnosing and correcting invoices that fail ZATCA's clearance or reporting checks.
The process of detecting, diagnosing and correcting invoices that fail ZATCA's clearance or reporting checks. A rejected standard invoice has no legal validity and must be fixed and resubmitted with a new invoice counter and hash chain intact; a rejected simplified invoice has already been issued, so correction is by credit note and reissue. Warnings are accepted but logged against the taxpayer.
